This black modern staircase can also be described as a block staircase with hidden stringers and a glass balustrade. Like a block staircase, the steps of this modern staircase are glued at a 90-degree angle. The balustrade on the landing is installed using the Q-Railing system, which is then incorporated into the plasterwork, making it no longer visible. This results in a clean and minimalist finish.
Combining two styles
The goal was to simplify the two staircases while still ensuring they fit seamlessly into the overall design. After all, the main focus of the project remained: a black modern staircase! To achieve this, oak slats were used, stained to match the color of the staircase. This preserves the modern staircase look in a simplified version that still integrates perfectly with the entire project.

Built-in cabinets under your modern staircase
In some projects, an underlying stringer construction is deliberately chosen. This is particularly recommended when cabinets need to be built under the staircase. In this project, the kitchen was installed beneath the stairs.
You can also choose to place wardrobe cabinets under the staircase, which is especially practical if the staircase is located near the entrance of the home. In some projects, we extend the steps to create a desk or design other functional elements.
