The staircase construction is made from high-quality structural steel, providing the necessary stiffness and load-bearing capacity for the entire system. For additional support, a centrally positioned load-bearing beam (“central stringer”) is used, transferring the load of the steps to the top and bottom of the structure. This enhances stability and durability, especially under intensive use.

The steps are made of solid oak, a material known for its wear resistance and high mechanical strength, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. The wood is carefully finished with lacquer or oil-wax, which enhances durability and simplifies maintenance.
The staircase design begins with a wide oak platform that can serve as a seating area, decorative element, or functional space, depending on the office layout. This architectural addition gives the interior a warm and representative appearance, softening the often strict and professional atmosphere and creating a user-friendly environment.
The construction complies with current safety standards, including proper tread dimensions, riser heights, and angles of inclination. The materials used ensure long-lasting durability and an attractive finish.
