G007 – Split staircase. For a restaurant project in Utrecht, we designed and built a steel spiral staircase, specifically tailored to the very limited space within the building. Due to the small available area and functional requirements, a spiral staircase construction was chosen, optimizing vertical space while ensuring both ergonomics and user safety.
The steps are made of high-quality solid oak, carefully shaped and treated with protective finishes that guarantee durability, wear resistance, and an elegant appearance.

The supporting structure, including the balustrade with balusters, is made of high-quality steel, a material renowned for its excellent mechanical strength. The steel components are treated against corrosion and finished to resist scratches, impacts, and other external influences. This ensures that the structure remains solid, durable, and visually sleek.
